Gary Yen
Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Gary Yen is responsible for overall corporate strategies, administration and business operations. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Accounting) from University of Flinders, Australia. Mr Gary Yen joined the Company in 1998 and held various management position until 2003. Prior to rejoining the Company in 2006, Mr. Gary Yen was the General Manager of a tissue paper operation in Vietnam. His last position with the Company was Chief Operating Offi cer. He is a member of the Nominating Committee of the Company. He is also a non-executive Director of TWP. |

Sundraj Naidu
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Naidu is responsible for the Group’s corporate finance activities, investor relations, and all aspects of the financial and accounting functions. He is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand. He holds a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia, a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand and a Post Graduate Diploma in Social Science from Edith Cowan University in Perth, Australia. He has worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers both in New Zealand and Singapore. Before joining the Group, he was with international banks for 10 years.

George Lee
Division Head of Specialty Papers
Mr. Lee is responsible for the Group’s Specialty Papers division. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with Business. Prior to taking his current role, Mr. Lee was the General Manager of New Toyo Aluminium Paper Product Co (Pte) Ltd from 2005 to 2006. Before joining the Group, he was a General Manager of a SME in Singapore and has more than 10 years of senior management experience.

Angela Heng Chor Kiang
Head of Business Development - Special Projects
Ms. Heng Ms. Heng is responsible for all the Business Development of Special Projects. Ms. Heng joined the Group in the 1970s, and was instrumental in setting up of both the administration and accounts departments. She left the Group in the early 1980s and rejoined the Group in 1989 as a Marketing Executive. Since then, she has accumulated more than 18 years of experience in the lamination business. In 1990, she assumed the position as a General Manager of New Toyo Aluminium Paper Product Co (Pte) Ltd and brought this unit to ISO 9002 certification in 1996; paving the way for the many other New Toyo units to follow likewise. She started New Toyo International Co (Pte) Ltd in 1992, and was one of the key personnel involved with the listing of the Group on the Main Board with SGX in 1997. She was the Deputy Chairperson from March 1997 to February 1999. Before taking on the Business Development role, she was the President for the Asia Pacific region.
